GDANSKA’STATION DISTRICT, Warsaw (Poland)

Context:
Consultation initiated in 2013 by PKP, Society of Polish railways, with developers and investors to implement the new project of the Gdanska station in Warsaw.
An urban regeneration operation which includes both the reorganisation of a multimodal issue (urban node metro, tram, bus, train) and the deployment of a shopping program, offices, housing and green spaces.

Program:
Reconstruction of the railway station Warszawa Gdanska connected with the metro and the existing tramway. Creation of an office complex, hotels, housing, shops and restaurants. Development plan for pedestrian square and gardens, and underground parking.
